Ryan S. Park, Designated Broker

A native of Arizona, Ryan has stories of growing up in the Chandler Ocotillo area and his first job scrubbing clubs at the Ocotillo Golf Club. He remembers when it was still in the middle of farm fields, and miles from the nearest store. He credits that small community atmosphere for fostering many of the tight friendships he has to this day. Ryan is a big sports fan, and true to his Arizona roots, likes Sun Devil Football, the Phoenix Suns, and the Arizona Cardinals. Now living in neighboring Gilbert, Ryan likes spending his free time at get togethers for his family and friends (dogs are always welcome too!), and when possible, camping and fishing.

Ryan Park is a Real Estate Broker and owner of Raintree Properties. With a strong interest in construction and real estate development, he graduated from A.S.U. with a degree in construction management and engineering. His almost 10 years in the industry started with sales and project development at the prestigious Superstition Mountain Golf and Country Club, not surprising considering his lifelong passion for golf. Ryan has many fond childhood memories of days on the greens with his grandfather who was an amazing golfer and a President of Golf Card International which today has over 100,000 members. Ryan says it was during those games that his grandfather mentored him in golf, business and life.

As the Designated Broker of Raintree Properties, Ryan is in charge of legal compliance and takes the reputation of Raintree Properties very seriously. Primarily focused on sales and the needs of his clients, Ryan is also involved in the day-to-day management of the company as well as agent training, and strategic company development.

Dan Cook, Co-Founder

Dan grew up in Charleston, South Carolina and after graduating from the University of South Carolina, took the opportunity to move to Arizona to pursue a career as a professional golfer. With a family background in custom home building and real estate development, he naturally acquired a passion for real estate. During his time with Lyle Anderson’s Superstition Mountain Golf & Country Club, he was rapidly promoted to listing manager with a portfolio of over $42,000,000. He was later recruited by Cambridge Properties to work on one of their Scottsdale projects. Dan's entrepreneurial spirit and strong desire to improve the real estate experience led him to form Raintree Properties with his business partner, Ryan Park.

Dan has the remarkable ability to develop sincere and trusting relationships with his clients. He enjoys playing golf with clients and maintaining relationships in different avenues. His capacity to negotiate transactions while remaining focused on his clients' best interests has led him to being the top sales producer in the company. In addition to his sales experience, he brings a wealth of knowledge related to working with distressed properties to the company and is always willing to assist other agents in developing their careers. Dan is also in charge of marketing for Raintree Properties and strategic company development. He has a true passion with his career and it shows in his every day work. He lives in Northeast Mesa with his wife Michelle and appreciates the opportunity to assist Buyers and Sellers in the East Valley.

Justin Terry, Sales Executive

Justin was born and raised in Haslett, Michigan. As a child he was introduced to the game of golf by his grandfather who was an avid golfer, but more importantly, a successful real estate developer who played a large role in developing his hometown of Haslett. His grandfather explained the important of doing things in life that you are passionate about, as he was about golf and Real Estate. Both genes were certainly passed down to Justin and he has combined his passion for real estate and his degree in Marketing to further his career. At the age of 22, Justin earned his real estate license and has worked tirelessly to learn the industry inside and out. He prides himself in being someone whom clients, friends, and family can come to when they have questions and concerns about the always-changing real estate market. Justin specializes in working primarily with Buyers and Sellers in the East Valley.
